BACKGROUND

Delta understand that there are a range of travelers in the U.S. who have different needs and habits than those of the general populace. Because of these, Delta employs specialty teams who are familiar with the market and who work with the design team to create custom advertising and collateral. Asian travelers are one of those markets and Delta focuses on routes to Japan, Korea, and China. Travelers on these routes tend to prefer a more personal agency relationship and sticking to an airline of their home country.
